SIA “AUDIT ADVICE” (hereafter - AUDIT ADVICE) is a limited liability company of certified auditors. The company provides audit, accountancy, tax and legal services, due diligence, the evaluation of the capital shares, debts, as well as consultancy on tax, financial and business matters for the clients that operate in Latvia or are planning to do the business in Latvia.
AUDIT ADVICE is internationally recognised audit company which in Latvia presents one of the biggest worldwide network of independent accounting and consulting firms Nexia International.
One of the main priorities of Nexia is to provide a top quality professional services in audit, as well in the other related services and tax consultations. Thereupon Nexia International carries out the regular quality control reviews of the work of member firms.
For new members Nexia International sets up high demands to professional training of the candidate, its reputation in the national market, as well Nexia assess the willingness to develop and improve professional skills continuously. Besides, the special attention is given to process of professional development and improvement of professional skills in member firms of Nexia International.
The merger process of audit companies AUDIT ADVICE LLC, Nexia International and Zvērinātu revidentu firma Kapitāls LLC that started in May 2010 completed in September 2010. Zvērinātu revidentu firma Kapitāls LLC as acquired company merged into AUDIT ADVICE LLC, Nexia International as acquiring company. Zvērinātu revidentu firma Kapitāls LLC operated in the audit since 1994. On the base of acquired company an office „KAPITĀLS” is founded in Liepaja city.
To continue the started merger processes, in July 2011 one of the leading regional audit firms BIRUTAS BIROJS LLC (Ludza city, Latvia) as acquired company was merged into audit firm AUDIT ADVICE LLC, Nexia International as acquiring company. BIRUTAS BIROJS LLC has been operating since 1996 and providing auditing, as well as accounting, legal and consulting services. On the base of acquired company a branch of audit firm AUDIT ADVICE in Ludza city – “Birutas birojs” was founded.
The aim of audit companies’ merger was to provide to the clients a wider range of audit, accounting, tax, information technologies, company's reorganization, legal and business consultations and evaluation services at both the regional and international levels. The merger of companies was also directed towards the quality improvement of provided services due to the combination of intellectual, technical and personnel resources, as well as position strengthening at audit and consultancy markets.
In the merged structure accumulated experience, knowledge and traditions were integrated; the audit company combines unified management, unified development strategy and inheritance.
